I run because:  It’s what I do. I just love the sport and all aspects of the sport. It is just you against yourself. And it used to be the only way I could get away from my older brother when I was younger.
 
My running hero is: Abdi, Fam, and Mottram, because they bring so much character into the sport.
Or Brain Sell because he is straight blue collar.
 
The place in the world I would most like to visit is: Australia, the weather seems nice and the toilets flush the opposite way. You get the best of both worlds.
 
Foods that I will not eat under any circumstances include: I’m pretty open on what foods I eat, but if there was one that was my least favorite it would something gross on Fear Factor or something.
 
The person in the world I would most like to go out to dinner with is: Brain Sell, I would ask him how he fits 150 miles into his week.

My favorite TV shows are: The Office, Kenny VS. Spenny.
 
My ambitions are: To one day make it to the Olympics.
 
If you want to be my friend you’ll have to put up with: Always wanting to do something, and being very competitive about everything.

I couldn’t live without: Family and friends

The best gift I ever got was: A Batman cape from my parents.

If I am not running, I am: Doing yoga, playing non-dominate handball, or just hanging out with the friends.
